Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders.

Standard delivery (free)
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are normally delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders placed after noon, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are processed the next working day. Standard delivery is included in the product price.

Next-day delivery
Some products can be sent by next-day delivery for an extra charge. If it is available for your order, you will see it as an option at checkout. The noon cut-off applies: orders placed after noon are dispatched the next working day. The next-day delivery charge is non-refundable.

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet them, but we are not liable for delays.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only.

Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched.

Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will arrange redelivery at your cost.
